AirSelli offers its customers a reception service in their establishment, or in any other partner establishment in France, the United States and internationally, for items purchased on Merchant sites. This service allows customers residing abroad to supply items on behalf of their customers. AirSelli is not intended to reship packages with the countries of dispatch and destination. Thus, a package received from a merchant in mainland France cannot be sent back to mainland France.

As part of this service, AirSelli acts both as an agent on behalf of the customer and as a parcel delivery service provider.

In its capacity as agent, AirSelli receives the packages sent by the merchant, on behalf of the customer.

As a provider of parcel transportation, transportation or distribution services, AirSelli resends the parcel in accordance with the customer's instructions. As such, AirSelli is authorized to entrust the performance of the Services to one or more subcontractors, postal operator, private distributor, carrier or logistician, of its choice.
